The Graces: Euphrosyne
One of the three Greek Graces, Euphrosyne is the goddess of mirth and good cheer. She and her two sisters attended the goddess Aphrodite.
Another God image of a destained set of three, I wanted Euphrosyne to seem cheerful, and perhaps a little bit sneaky. I imagine her as playing pranks on all the other guests and being overall cheeky. But what's a good party without a little fun? While she is pretty, she is not the goddess of beauty her sister Aglaia is. And like with Aglaia, I didn't want to draw her in the 'Greek' tradition.
Only Thalia left!
On another note, sorry for having disappeared. Some trials and tribulations include exciting/happy news, like moving, starting a new job, learning new programs, and meeting lots of new people! Hoping that everything is settling down into a new routine, and I'll be able to create more personal work. (It really is the most relaxing)
I've also been doing a LOT of research for all three of my fairytales. Hope to share more of that with you soon. Maybe some of those books will show up on my book blog
